Never Stop Growing.

I remember while in school when we failed a test we branded ourselves as not good enough. We compared ourselves with students who had passed and regarded ourselves as failures. If we are not careful we can carry on this mentality into adult life.

We need to know that life is the school of hard knocks. Everyone faces their challenges and some appear unanticipated. This is not exclusive to a few but all of us face failures from time to time. It may be a team leader of a company presenting company performance to the tough board. It may be an employee who has scored low marks in an appraisal. It may be a sales agent who is rejected by customers.

We need to know that in case we meet failure in life we must choose to react differently. We must see the event as an opportunity to become better and not bitter. Many people’s lives have been undermined by failure. We must choose to become better. Jesus Christ faced criticism on earth yet He is the son of the Most-High God. Growth is not automatic. It is an intentional choice.

How To Grow from failure…
1. Develop a positive attitude.
2. Choose to learn from the experience.
3. Do not view yourself as a failure.
4. Know that the more times you try the more you will fail. That is life.
5. Prepare for the next opportunity.

Failure is all around us. Life is never predictable. We need to prepare and learn from failure. There is no limit to self-improvement.
