Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. According to https://www.mentalhealth.gov/basics/what-is-mental-health
Mental health is real and as a country, we should take more care about the state of mental health of the population.
The sad statics in our country Uganda. This is a
not just another headline for the news; it’s a call for pro-action towards safeguarding ourselves, our children, people around us, and our community from the dangers and breakdown of the mental health population.
l make it a point to address the mental issues in our community, l write and share to inspire, give hope and believe in a people that follow me to hear more good news than evil, promote good, and give a much-needed break from the toxins all around us.
This does not mean burying our heads in the sand… It is taking seriously the biblical principle of… Three things should always abide…even when all is lost.
“, Faith, Hope, and Love” And now these three remain faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13
We must always keep the 3 in our hearts and keep them alive in a world that is becoming seemingly evil and unpredictable. Good shall always Prevail.
