Celebrating the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ

As Christians, we honor, celebrate, and partake of the death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Every year at such a time as mankind, we remember of God’s amazing and unending Love of sending His ONLY Begotten Son to us to partake of His Grace.

For the gospel of John says in 1: 1-14

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not… But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (King James Version)

This good news is further compounded in the same Gospel of John 3:16-21

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” (King James Version)

The fulfilment of the amazing love is embedded in the death and ultimate defeat of death ON the CROSS AND the power of RESSURRECTION  of our Lord Jesus Christ. For as a seed dies so does it give life. In the death of Our Lord lies therein the power of life through resurrection. It is the defeat of the power of Death and Sin over Mankind.

Paul in Romans writes 3:23-26

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:  Whom God hath set forth [to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;  To declare, [I say], at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. (King James Version)

Halleluiah Amen. Halleluiah Amen.

Therefore as we celebrate Easter Season lets remind ourselves of the divinity and high price God gave us to attain a free gift of salvation. For it is written… whoever believes… shall pertain of salvation and the heavenly Glory.
